The process begins with a site visit to discuss the options available based on size, materials, doors, windows and accessories for your new sunroom or existing porch remodel. During the office visit, we invite you to tour our on-site displays to get a hands-on look at the materials and possibilities for your project. A site visit is our next essential step to your project coming to life. Prior to starting any work, we provide an official estimate for your approval. Once contracted, we coordinate the building permit, order materials and schedule the installation. Our Sunspace certified installers are full-time members of our staff, ensuring quality and imparting the knowledge, experience and customer service delivered with every Kiser & Sons Construction DBA Central Maryland Sunrooms project.
