Working within the specifications of the product and the confines of building codes, Terry knows the best ways to create the most imaginative and effective use of space while delivering quality and functionality.

Doris has worked alongside Terry since the start of their home improvement operations. Doris keeps all aspects of the company and client projects organized and on budget. Her intuitiveness and ease with numbers helps her manage all of the bookkeeping for the business. Doris also spends time with customers in the showroom, reviewing options and material samples to create the very best sunroom for their needs.

Beginning at 12 years old, Mark spent time on job sites. He absorbed all his father could teach him and he joined the family business full time in 1991. Today, he serves as job site supervisor, managing all aspects of the project and putting his stellar analytical skills to work.

Since 2015, Mike has served Central Maryland Sunrooms as master carpenter. His strong analytical skills and attention to detail deliver precision for all projects, whether a sunroom, deck or another project. He is an experienced, energetic and skilled problem solver who thinks critically and creatively to ensure the best results for every client.
